Project Description

In collaboration with Greenchain Consulting, conducted a business feasibility and expansion plan for a food hub distribution coop that would enable local food producers to market themselves under an umbrella organization to access more and larger food buyers in the Okanagan area. Study included a review of comparable food distribution hubs across North America, identification of key success metrics for the market, review of online sales platforms, relevant regulations, potential locations, engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and financial projections showing revenues and costs for both the vendors and the distribution itself.
