Business Plan for an Energy Financing Company

In collaboration with Brantwood consulting and others, developed business plan, which included development of a building energy calculator, key competitor activities, new technologies, and 10 year financial projections. As part of this work, helped raise the initial funds and get 400,000 square feet of building space committed to ultra low energy performance standards.
